Refund Policy & Returns

We will always aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible so you are completely happy with your products and the service provided.

If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch right away and, if possible, include a photo to help us get a better idea of the issue.

We are always happy to either send out another item or to issue a refund, or in some cases we like to do both!

 

Returns

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of forage products or treats.  If you wish to return any other item eg tunnels, wooden enrichment, it must be in saleable condition, complete with original packaging and labels.  A refund will be issued once it has been received.  The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
